New epic commands!

Just today, I finished the batch of commands I was testing on the beta bot, and released them to the main bot. The following commands were added.

  • Polls

  • Lock channel

  • Unlock channel

Also permissions for other commands including the say command were smoothed out.

To use lock or unlock commands, you have to have the "ADMINISTRATOR" permission. And in order to use the say command, you have to have the "MENTION_EVERYONE" permission. These limits are set so nobody can use this bot to raid a server. Hope you guys enjoy! More simple commands coming soon! Make sure to leave your suggestions in the official discord server!
